At TRIXEVIA, every item is made to order just for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing — so please use our size guide before ordering.

We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item

If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at trixevia.co@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days and shipped via standard carriers. Delivery times vary by location — most UK orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
